Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

  1. 2 small size potatoes

  2. 1 cup wheat flour

  3. 1 small onion finely chopped

  4. 1 finely chopped chilly

  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  6. Finely chopped coriander

  7. Ghee

  8. Salt to taste

Steps to make

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them..

  2. Take a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil, jeera, onions, chillies, mashed potatoes and mix everything.

  3. Add salt, turmeric powder to it.

  4. Add mashed potatoes and mix everything.

  5. Finally add coriander leaves and leave it to cool.

  6. Make a chapathi dough by mixing aata, salt and water . keep aside for few minutes.

  7. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls.

  8. Roll the dough and fill the potato stuffing inside it and make parathas.

  9. Take a tawa and fry the parathas with ghee..
