Ingredients
1 cup Sabudhana
4 Potatoes( boiled and peeled)
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
Chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1 tsp cornflour(optional)
salt to taste
oil for deep fry
Steps to make
Soak sabudhana for 4 hrs.
Take a bowl and add mashed potatoes, sabudhana, salt, chilly powder, pepper powder, jeera, crushed peanuts, coriander leaves and mix everything and keep aside.
Add cornflour for binding if needed.
Take a pan and add oil for deep frying.
Make sabudhana balls and deep fry them.
Serve them hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
