Sabudhana Vada

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Sabudhana

  2. 4 Potatoes( boiled and peeled)

  3. 1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds

  4. Chopped coriander leaves

  5. 2 finely chopped green chillies

  6. 1/2 cup crushed peanuts

  7. 1 tsp cornflour(optional)

  8. salt to taste

  9. oil for deep fry

Steps to make

  1. Soak sabudhana for 4 hrs.

  2. Take a bowl and add mashed potatoes, sabudhana, salt, chilly powder, pepper powder, jeera, crushed peanuts, coriander leaves and mix everything and keep aside.

  3. Add cornflour for binding if needed.

  4. Take a pan and add oil for deep frying.

  5. Make sabudhana balls and deep fry them.

  6. Serve them hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
